Leading 3 end to end Salesforce re-implementations, process and change management across the Americas.  Responsible for co-managing a PgMO, leading a policy & change management team for a high profile strategic Salesforce initiative.

Strategically led and successfully directed an 18 month delivery management turnaround effort.  Program Management Executive (divisional leadership team) for all IT projects in a $6 million per annum portfolio including hiring and coaching resources.

·         Increased portfolio capacity by 5 times with only a 20% increase in resources to anticipate over $4 Billion in new business.

Nelnet (Financial Services) -- Delivered an enterprise wide Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and ecommerce engagement of 30+ resources over 17 work tracks with $24 Million combined P&L over 3 years ($8M per annum).

·         Employed a hybrid SCRUM development approach across the program portfolio.

·         Led Program Turnaround (PMs & team) by instituting project controls, transforming delivery processes and adapting EVM techniques to an agile environment.  Results: better productivity, elimination of margin erosion and greatly improved customer satisfaction leading to client adoption of approach as well as substantial additional SOWs.

·         Doubled the number of active SOWs as well as the amount of work sold while increasing margin by 5%.

Accenture -- Program Manager, Process Engineer and methodology champion for a global.Net development metrics harvest resulting in the development of a .Net specific Accenture Estimating Tool allowing for more competitive sales bids.

Citrix / Accenture -- Executed an onshore/offshore engagement that provided Biztalk integration services between legacy Vantive CRM and newly deployed Siebel required for a multi-year period of coexistence.
